The paramilitary force conducted raids in the Paposh Nagar and Liaquatabad areas and apprehended two men.

“One held suspect, Mohammed Abid, belonged to the militant wing of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, London Secretariat,” said a Rangers spokesperson.

He was involved in several murder and criminal cases, including the murder of a member of the Ahmadi community, the spokesperson said.

Another held suspect, Mohammed Asif Ismail, was involved in robberies and street crime.

Arms and ammunition were seized from their possession.
