SANGHAR: Sindh Minister for Food and Parliamentary Affairs Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has said the activities of Rangers and the National Accountability Bureau has created a sense of deprivation in the province.

If Sharif family’s corruption was proved on the basis of Panama Papers, then action should be taken against the family, he said while addressing a workers convention at Gymkhana here on Thursday.

Mr Khuhro said the PPP had achieved major political successes in Sanghar district.

A large number of PPP workers, elected chairmen, vice chairmen and councillors of local governments, MPAs and MNA’s attended the convention.

MIRPURKHAS: Sindh Minister for Food and Parliamentary Affairs Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has said the promise to make Thar green will soon materialize with the launch of mega projects in the arid region to mitigate sufferings of Tharis.

PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari had created unity in the party and won over old and disgruntled workers who would now work door to door for the downtrodden and reorganize the party, he said.

He was speaking at a workers’ convention held here on Thursday at Jilani House. Members of PPP Sindh coordination committee including adviser to Sindh chief minister on information Moula Bux Chandio, MNA Syed Nafisa Shah, Rashid Rabbani, senator Hari Ram Kishori Lal, MNAs and MPAs of Mirpurkhas also participated in the convention.

Mr Khuhro said that PPP workers had always fought against oppressors. There was no big or small worker in the party except Bilawal.

Adviser to chief minister on information Moula Bux Chandio said that PPP had always come to the rescue of the federation despite having political differences with the centre.

He said that PPP would not be part of any activity that led to derailment of democracy.

MITHI: Mr Khuhro said at a party convention on Wednesday that PPP was gaining popularity across the country under the young and dynamic leadership of Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and after 2018 elections PPP would form government not only in Sindh but also in center and other provinces.
