IT is a matter of concern that many underage drivers are seen riding bikes and automobiles on roads. I have escaped many times having a serious collision with these immature bike-riders.
Their reflexes are not developed for riding bikes on roads full of traffic. This has escalated the ratio of roadside accidents. It is the responsibility of the parents to stop underage children from riding and driving. Law- enforcers and public administration should also keep a strict check on underage drivers/riders.

"It is the responsibility of the parents to stop underage children from riding and driving." Yes indeed. Prime responsibility surely lies with parents not only in this respect but in all respects. But sadly, rather unbelievably, many..many parents are seen to be encouraging their kids instead of reprimanding or at least discouraging their kids from any harmful or unlawful acts. It is understood that in some countries it is the parents who are punished.....heavily fined if their kids are caught breaking law.
