LAHORE: A labourer was killed while three others were injured in a roof collapse in Baghbanpura on Tuesday.

Police said some labourers were working in a steel factory in Ghausia Colony near Sukh Nehr when its roof caved in. Four workers were trapped under the debris.

Rescue 1122 and Edhi ambulances reached the spot and shifted Babar, Nasir, Naveed and Nadeem to hospital where Babar could not survive.

Police have removed the body to morgue for autopsy.
