KARACHI: A small yet healthy four-race card has been drawn for the Gymkhana race meeting which takes place at the Karachi Racecourse on Sunday.

Contrary to recent practices, 35 horses have entered the competition, which is the second in the month of Ramazan.

All the races, including the day’s feature event, will go over four-and-a-half furlongs. The feature event, scale order II and III, which is the fourth and last race, has attracted seven horses.

According to schedule, the first race gets into action at 3:00pm.

THE KING PLATE SCALE ORDER VI AND VII 4½ F:

Fantastic Game 9-0, King’s Hand 8-12, Ayaash 8-7, Phatyal 8-2, Jagga Jasoos 8-0, Fantastic Boy 7-7, Lovely Baby 7-7, Follow My Shadow 7-6.

Win: King’s Hand.

Place: Lovely Baby and Follow My Shadow.

THE KING PLATE SCALE ORDER IV 4½ F:

Kaliya 9-2, Andaaz 8-12, Captaan 8-12, Boogey Man 8-4, Snow Queen 8-1, Popular Prince 8-1, Manchester Queen 8-1, My Beauty 8-0, Satisfy 8-13, Tejori 7-11.

Win: Captaan.
