Fawad Khan, Ranveer Singh in Zoya Akhtar's next?
This Pakistani superstar is on a roll in Bollywood. They love Fawad Khan and they want more of him.
This time, DNA India reveals, the actor may be seen in Dil Dhadakne Do director Zoya Akhtar's next venture alongside Bollywood heartthrob Ranveer Singh.
A role, initially written for Hrithik Roshan, is up for grabs, as the Moenjadaro hero reportedly backed out of working in a dual-hero film. Zoya decided to replace him with Fawad.
"She loved Fawad in Kapoor & Sons and decided to work with him right after watching the film. However, she never had him in mind while writing this film. When Hrithik said no, she was in need for a dashing hero who could also act well. Fawad totally fit the bill," a source close to the production disclosed.
"Zoya has briefed Fawad about the basic premise of the film and the two will meet soon and take their discussion forward," added the source.
Fawad Khan and Ranveer Singh in one film, we can't help but drool at the thought.
