TAXILA: The Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has assured swift completion of various mega development projects in PP-17 including establishment of Rescue 1122 service, upgradation of colleges and schools as well as water supply schemes in Hassanabdal and Fatehjang.

Provincial parliamentary sectary for Auqaf Shahwaiz Khan told newsmen here at Hassanabdal on Friday that on his request the chief minister had assured provision of necessary funds for various mega development projects especially water supply scheme worth Rs470 million for Fatehjang for which only Rs100 mullion had been released.

Necessary funds will also be provided for laying sewerage lines in Hassanabdal and Fatehjang, establishment of Rescue 1122 service, provision of ambulances for THQ hospitals and upgradation of different schools and colleges in both cities.
