This could be my last fight in America: Boxer Amir Khan takes a jab at Donald Trump

Khan made an obvious reference to Trump’s proposal to ban Muslims from America and build a wall on the US-Mexico border
05 May, 2016

Two boxers — one a British-Pakistani Muslim, the other Mexican — are to exchange blows in the ring at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday, but not before they shared a laugh at their mutual 'enemy', Donald Trump.

The boxers in question, Amir Khan and Canelo Alvarez, were addressing a press conference when Khan quipped to the press, "You never know, this could be the last fight for me and Canelo here. That’s if Donald Trump becomes president.”

Between Khan’s Muslim background and Alvarez's Mexican origins, the joke became the comment of the day.

Khan had made an obvious reference to Trump’s proposal to ban Muslims from America and build a wall on the U.S. Mexico border.

According to USA Today, it has been announced that Trump, who became the last man standing in the race for the Republican Presidential nomination the same day Khan made this comment, will be attending the fight.

If Trump does become the President, he will be the first to reverse all the promises that he has made to the American people! Doesn't he know there is only so much a President can do without bypassing the congress and the senate. Obama would have achieved a lot more, if he had the sole authority to make all decisions.

Amir Khan will be back in USA. Why? because people in USA much smarter than Trump, they will NOT elect TRUMO, it is NOT going to happen. Hillary will win election landslide.

Don't understand, why everyone is so disturbed in the comments by him exercising his freedom of speech! Even it is impossible to send muslims back to their home countries by all developed countries, however, making such comments by World leaders are more shameful.
