NATIONAL Testing Service (NTS), recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), is the largest institution of Pakistan which conducts academic and job-related examinations.
There are several allegations that NTS is not working properly.
The HEC and the federal government should also recognise Pakistan Testing System (PTS) as a second test-conducting institution.
