Stars at KLF

Like always, this year’s three-day Karachi Literature Festival which ended on Feb 7 saw a lot of showbiz luminaries dazzling their admirers. It didn’t matter if Indian actors Nandita Das and Anupam Kher couldn’t make it to the event.

There were the likes of Sania Saeed, Sarmad Khoosat, Nimra Bucha, Zeb Bangash, Saad Haroon and Arshad Mahmud who were seen moving around and talking to their fans.

Perhaps the most special presence was that of the singer Tahira Syed. She took part in the session dedicated to her late mother, the legendary Malika Pukhraj. It was a largely attended session and Tahira S delighted her fans by singing a couple of memorable songs.
