Hub road

Published November 25, 2015

TRAVELLING from Karachi to Hub in the morning is a time-consuming affair that tests one’s patience.

When you cross the Hub bridge, long queues of large vehicles, containers and coaches await you, as a law enforcement agency has occupied a sizeable portion of the road for checking and inspection activities.

This is that part of the day when everyone is in a hurry to reach their destinations on time but the inspection checks are a time consuming hurdle. Students especially face delays in getting to the university on time.

I request that there should be a designated area where the law enforcement agencies can perform their duty of checking heavy vehicles and coaches.
