Four days after the massive 7.5 magnitude earthquake shook parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan, victims still wait to be rescued as temperatures drop in the mountainous areas and the region's overall death toll from the temblor exceed 380.

The earthquake triggered landslides and stampedes as it toppled buildings and severed communication lines. In the town of Chitral, one of the closest to the quake's epicentre, people wait for government's help having no resources of their own to fend for themselves.
