Report launch

Pattan Development Organisation and The Asia Foundation are launching a study report on ‘Disaster and Governance’ on the 10th anniversary of the 2005 earthquake on Wednesday, October 7 at Marriott Hotel at 2pm. The event will be followed by a candlelight vigil.
