LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Lahore, arrested on Wednesday Inayat Husain, former chief engineer of the National Transmission and Distribution Company in a corruption case.
According to NAB, Hussain, in connivance with others, authorised power distribution companies to buy transformers from different companies at exuberant rates and caused a loss of Rs13.2 billion to the national exchequer.
