The court had at the last hearing on an application of a Pishin resident issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for the MQM chief for allegedly making objectionable remarks against the army and Sindh Rangers. The investigation officer informed the court that the accused was in London and his return to the country was not expected and, therefore, it should issue further direction in the case. The hearing was adjourned to Sept 9.
