KOHAT: Police officials donated blood in the police hospital for cancer patients here on Saturday.

The blood donation camp was organised on the request of the Frontier Foundation as part of the ‘Police Martyrs’ Week’ being observed in connection with the death anniversary of Sifwat Ghayyur, commandant Frontier Constabulary, who was killed in a suicide attack.

DPO Mohammad Sohaib Ashraf and ASP Hassan Afzal also donated blood at the camp. During visit of the camp, DIG Kohat Dr Ishtiaq Marwat said that police would continue to render sacrifices for the security of the people and the country.
