It's hard to keep track of Fawad Khan's travel itinerary (although that is something only hardcore fans would do).

But after attending a product launch in New York next week, he'll soon be jetting off to Melbourne with his B-town bud, Sonam Kapoor, for the Indian Film Festival Melbourne.

Fawad and Sonam have been good friends since they worked in his Bollywood debut film Khoobsurat together. Sonam recently described shooting Khoobsurat as "one of the funniest moments of her life":

At the festival that runs from August 14 to August 27, Fawad and Sonam will attend the Khoobsurat screening, which is taking place alongside Bollywood blockbusters like Bajrangi Bhaijaan, PK, Happy New Year and Haider. Not only will Fawad meet with his Aussie fans, but also represent Pakistan at the festival where three local productions are also being screened.

Dukhtar, Abdullah and Burka Avenger will be screened in the 'From The Subcontinent' category at the festival.
