ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Monday left for Norway to participate in ‘Oslo Summit on Education for Development,’ said a report published on Radio Pakistan.

The visit would be a milestone in the bilateral relations between the two countries as the three-day trip is the first official visit of a Pakistani premier to Norway in over a decade.

Experts hope that the visit will help strengthening the ties between Pakistan and Norway.

Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg had invited her Pakistani counterpart to participate in the Oslo Summit on Education for Development.
