RAMAZAN is a holy month but, unfortunately, it has become difficult for the people of Pakistan to utilise the bounties of this month because of high prices, especially of fruits and vegetables. It is the duty of the government to maintain the prices.
This is not a difficult task. We need teams led by government officers with youngsters as volunteers. Secondly, there should be a helpline to register complaints against profiteers. There should be a system for punishing the profiteers.
