SUKKUR: A private security guard was found shot dead at a flour mill located in the SITE area on Wednesday.

The man, Aijaz Mashori, 20, was lying in a pool of blood with his repeater gun found placed beside the body.

Police after initial investigation suggested that the guard might have committed suicide but his father, Samandar Mashori, disagreed, arguing that there was no apparent reason for such an extreme action.

The doctor who performed a post-mortem examination at the Sukkur Civil Hospital was yet to issue the report describing the cause of death.
