GWADAR: A councillor survived a grenade attack here on Thursday night.
Police said that a grenade was thrown into the house of Councillor Sher Ali, who belongs to the Balochistan National Party (Mengal), in Thana Ward area of the city.
The grenade exploded in the courtyard and a portion of the house caught fire, but the councillor and members of his family remained unhurt. Personnel of Frontier Corps and police took them to a safe place.
