Deal signed for 132kv line

LAHORE: General Manager of Dasu Hydropower Project Haji Muhammad Farooq and Business Development Manager of Power Construction Corporation China Liu Zhong signing agreements on Friday.—APP

LAHORE: Wapda on Friday signed an agreement with the Power Construction Corporation of China for 132kv transmission line from Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station to Dasu Hydropower Project.

The contract worth Rs1.583 billion includes procurement, design, supply, installation, stringing, testing and commissioning of 132kv single circuit transmission line from Duber Khwar to Dasu, and 132KV grid station at Dasu. The transmission line and the grid station are scheduled to be completed in about eight months.

GM of Dasu Hydropower Haji Muhammad Farooq and Business Development Manager of Power Construction Corporation China Liu Zhong signed the agreement on behalf of their organisations.
