KARACHI: Opener Mansoor Khan played an exceptional knock to help K-Electric score an unconvincing five-wicket victory over Dubai Hawks in their final-round 20th Hinopak Trophy KCCA Inter-departmental Cricket League at the KCCA Stadium here on Thursday.

Mansoor struck 11 boundaries and four sixes in making 92 of the 158 runs K-Electric made in 28 overs of their Group ‘A’ clash while losing half their side. Rizwan Khan remained unbeaten with 15. Sharjeel snared two wickets for 37 runs.

Earlier, Dubai Hawks were bowled out for 144 in 42 overs. Ishtiaq Ghauri scored 40 with the aid of three fours. Rizwan grabbed three wickets for 25 runs with his leg-spinners.
