BAHAWALPUR: All 24 police stations in the district will be computerized from Thursday (today) and arrangements are in full swing to make on-line 72 police stations in the Bahawalpur police range comprising three districts.

This was stated by Regional Police Officer Ehsan Sadiq while inaugurating a ceremony to make on-line a local police station here on Wednesday.

The RPO said the computerization process had been adopted to keep pace with the fast changing technology. He expressed the hope that complaints of citizens would be swiftly redressed with the introduction of the computerized system in police stations.

About the computerization of all 72 police stations in the Bahawalpur range, the RPO said computers, their accessories and gadgets were being installed there.
