It’s sad that our cricket team left the World Cup in the initial knockout stages losing to Australia in the quarter final round. It’s sad, because the whole country was supporting the squad, including our showbiz fraternity.
In fact, the award-winning animated TV series Burka Avenger even released a song titled Hum Hain sung by Haroon. It had the message of fair play and saying no to match-fixing. Again, sad … all of it went in vain.
