DERA MURAD JAMALI: Three persons were killed in an armed clash between two rival groups in Lehri area of Sibi district on Wednesday.
Levies sources said that two groups took positions in Lehri and opened fire on each other with automatic weapons.
Three persons were killed while some others suffered injuries.
The cause of the clash was reportedly an enmity between the groups that had already claimed many lives. The firing stopped after arrival at the place of levies and Frontier Corps personnel.
Security in the area was tightened to avert more clashes and an investigation was in progress.
