Only four races at KRC

KARACHI: A mediocre four race card has been drawn for the Gymkhana race meeting which takes place at the Karachi Racecourse on Sunday.

In all, the races have 28 acceptors who will vie for honours barring last minute withdrawal. The first race will be run over a distance of four-and-a-half furlongs while the remaining three will go over five furlongs.

According to schedule, the first race starts at 2.30pm.

Following is the field and selections:

THE DOLLAR PLATE SCALE ORDER VI, VII AND VIII 4 ½ F:

Sonia Again 9-5, Grey Song 9-0, Green Barbie 8-11, Pampas Grass 8-11, Zeenat 7-6, Rubai 7-4, Dabang 7-4.

Place: Grey Song.

THE DOLLAR PLATE SCALE ORDER V AND VI 5 F:

Silk Master 9-0, Shandar Love 8-10, Fly Free 8-5, Cigar 7-13, Bugash Bugash 7-13, Khazana 7-12, Beautiful Rose 7-11, Lucky Lyna 7-10, Urban Lady 7-10.

Win: Shandar Love.

Place: Silk Master and Fly Free.

THE DOLLAR PLATE SCALE ORDER I, II AND III 5 F:

Happy Lady 9-3, Zahrat Dubai 8-9, The C ontractor 8-0, All The Way 7-13, Fast Departure 7-0, My Time 7-0.

Win: Happy Lady.

Place: All The Way.
