ISLAMABAD, The official car of the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) chairman, Siddiqul Farooq, was snatched from his driver on Tuesday, police said.

The driver was coming to the trust building to park the vehicle after dropping Mr Farooq’s children at home in Bani Gala.

When the driver reached Murree Road near Korang, armed men held him up at gunpoint and dragged him out of the car.

They snatched a mobile phone and cash from the driver before taking away the official car.
