Cholistan Jeep Rally next month

LAHORE: The 10th Cholistan Jeep Rally will be held from Feb 13 to 15 with 90 drivers from across the country taking part.

Provincial tourism minister Rana Mashood said here on Saturday that the competitors will have to cover the distance of 230 kilometres.

He said no participant from foreign country was taking part.

Mashood added that the Punjab government will make excellent security arrangements to make the event successful by all means.

He said as Pakistan-India cricket clash in the World Cup will also be held on the last day of the race, the government has decided to install big screens in the desert to make it possible for everyone to watch the match. He said the event will be colourful as musical night will also be held.
