Retiring Pakistan captain Misbah-ul Haq vowed to roll back the years and lead his team to victory in the World Cup starting in Australia and New Zealand next month.

Misbah said his retirement decision after the World Cup in Australia has given him extra motivation to capture the trophy Pakistan last won 23 years ago.

Being an Indian, I feel that Pakistan has a good chance to get this world cup. But I feel the choice of captain is a wrong decision. All the Best.

Pakistan cricket is suffering because of no international matches before the world cup. All other top nations are involved in training in overseas conditions.

@Mas he may not be the most flamboyant captain and more suited to test matches, but he has brought some stability to the role, given pak turbulent history of changing captains.

Can somebody please tell me why they are giving easy balls to Younis khan ? Full and wide. Bowl him good length deliveries coming in and also short bouncers. Very disappointed to see them train in a small circle. And where's the rest of the team ?
