ISLAMABAD: The Senate on Friday unanimously passed a resolution to condemn the attack on Army Public School in Peshawar which left 141 people dead, including more than 130 school children.
The resolution was moved by Senator Qayum Soomro. It also demanded that the Senate should discuss the Peshawar attack in the Upper House.
The Senate's proceedings were adjourned until Monday, 3 pm, and it is expected to discuss the incident in detail during its session.

Earlier on Thursday, at least 141 people, died when Taliban gunmen attacked the army-run school.
A three-day mourning was also announced by the federal government.
