KARACHI: Police claimed on Tuesday night to have killed three suspected militants in an encounter in the militancy-infested area of Manghopir.
The CID’s Anti-Extremism Cell conducted a raid on an alleged hideout of militants in Ghazi Goth where the team came under attack and three suspects were shot dead in ‘retaliatory firing’.
A CID official said the deceased belonged to banned TTP’s Swat chapter and explosives, arms and ammunition had also been seized.
