PESHAWAR: The fellows, members and supervisor of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) have vowed to protect the institute’s interests at all costs.
The pledge was made during a meeting held at the regional centre here to discuss the attempts being made by some people with vested interests to divide the college, according to a press release issued here on Tuesday.
Professor Mumtaz Ali Marwat, regional director and councillor, briefed the participants about the issue.
The participants said that CPSP was the only institution of postgraduate medical education in Pakistan, which had achieved international reputation over the past 52 years of untiring efforts of all fellows, members and supervisors.
