QUETTA: The Balochistan government has appointed a judicial commission headed by Justice Muhammad Ha­­shim Kakar of the Baloch­istan High Court to conduct inquiry into the killing of Irshad Mastoi, bureau chief of Online News Agency and assignment editor of ARY, Reporter Abdul Rasool and accountant Muhammad Younis.

A notification issued by the home department here on Monday said the commission had been constituted under the Balochistan Tribunal of Inquiry Ordinance, 1969.

Mr Mastoi, Abdul Rasool and Muhammad Younis were shot dead in Quetta on Aug 28.
