Tribute to Dr Rab

DR Syed Mohiubur Rab was an icon of medical history in Pakistan. A person who got recognised the healthcare of Pakistan internationally. He was founder member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.

He supervised thousands of doctors during their undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. He was a person who had a high level of intellect and fond of literature, poetry and music.

He had a remarkable memory with outstanding interpersonal communication skills. He was a professor who practised medicine by assessing the socioeconomic background of his patients.

He also treated patients, not only their disease. He will be remembered by all of us and in every corridor of medical colleges and teaching hospitals.
