IT was heartening to see total disregard for status quo by the passengers of an aeroplane when they offloaded MNA Dr Ramesh Vankwani and Senator Rehman Malik for arriving late for a flight.

I would like to ask the PIA administration whether they have asked for compensation of the damage incurred by the airline for the delay in flight.

The PIA is public property and each minute that one of its aircraft is delayed, the airline has to incur a substantial expense.

BRAVO Pakistanis! We’re all so proud of you. Even if Rehman Malik and Dr Ramesh Vankwani were not the reason for the delay, why did they have prior information about the delay and arrive late while the other 200plus passengers suffered the suffocation of a stalled aeroplane?
