AIOU: Scores of candidates of the Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) are facing hardships in depositing their admission fee for Autumn 2014 semester of the university with the banks.

The students, including females, spend most of the time outside one or the other bank but return disappointed as the banks staff don’t deposit fee on the pretext that their branches are overburdened.

Sept 5 is the last date to submit fee.

The students, including Rukhsana Bibi, Abida Razzaq, Raheela, Naureen, Faiza, Nadia, Muhammad Nadeem and Muhammad Afzal, complained that the banks staff had refused to deposit fee, asking them to go to some other bank.

The candidates were given the same response by all banks, including the National Bank of Pakistan.
