LAHORE: A spokesman for the Lahore police has said the investigation into the Model Town killing incident has been formally launched.
In a statement issued on Saturday, he said Faisal Town Police Station in charge had issued notices to the complainant of the Model Town case to present witnesses of the incident. After recording statements of the witnesses and crime scene inspection, the police would proceed with investigation of the case according to law, the spokesman added.
