KARACHI: A sessions court reserved on Saturday its judgement in explosive material and illicit weapons cases.
Shahjehan Baloch, an MNA of the Pakistan People Party from Lyari, has been charged with keeping explosive substances and unlicensed weapons in Lyari in 2012.
After hearing final arguments from both sides, additional district and sessions judge (south) Sohail Jabbar Malik reserved the judgement for pronouncement till Sept 16.
The crime investigation department registered the cases under Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 13-D of the Arms Ordinance.
