LAHORE: Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik on Friday took oath as acting Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHC) at a ceremony held at Governor House.
Governor Chaudhry Sarwar administered the oath to Justice Malik.
LHC judges, senior lawyers, law officers and civil officers attended the ceremony.
LHC Chief Justice Khwaja Imtiaz Ahmad left for England and in his absence Justice Malik will work as acting chief justice.

Isnt this not the same person who had represented them as their lawer in thr plane highjack case ? and based on that nawaz made him a judge and now since they have lodged an appeal in high court who better then this loyal subject to hear that appeal ???
