An opening line of a famous English novel reads, “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times”. The same could be said about Pakistan’s film fraternity. Film actress Sana is dazzled by the way our films have suddenly started to regain their lost glory (some might disagree with that statement). She recently expressed her desire to work in a local movie, claiming a new era of Pakistani films has begun. However, she is waiting for munfarid kaam (unique project or character) to come her way and she’ll be back on the silver screen.

Munfarid kaam… well, Sana dear, for that you might have to wait for a couple of centuries more.
