THE results of CSS examinations for the year 2012 have recently been announced. About 100 candidates from Sindh Rural have been declared successful but it is very sad to note that only 25 candidates out of 100 successful candidates will be accommodated.

Thus the remaining 75 will be deprived of their jobs in the existing circumstances of unemployment throughout the country.

It may be emphasised here that the position of unemployment in Sindh’s backward areas is very alarming, particularly in the lucrative and competitive jobs structure.

It is no secret that for such jobs how hard nuts are being cracked by candidates belonging to backward rural areas of the country, particularly in the mismanaged and corrupt governance.

In order to encourage and sympathise with the people of backward areas of Pakistan and also to compensate the neglected and the deprived ones, the government of Nawaz Sharif may announce that all the successful candidates will be absorbed in the various categories of CSS jobs and earn the gratitude from the deprived class of people just as announced by former prime minister Mohammad Khan Junejo.
