I AM a shareholder of the National Bank of Pakistan. The bank declared cash dividend some time in the end of March. Now May has ended, but I have not received the dividend.

The bank’s share registrar (Central Depository Company) does not answer telephone calls. So I hand-delivered a letter 10 days ago, requesting them for a duplicate dividend warrant. But there has been no response.

More than three weeks ago, I reported the matter to the company’s secretary through a registered letter. But even he has ignored my complaint.

So, where should I now go to seek redress?
