ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan declared on Wednesday Khwaja Saad Rafique belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) as winner of Lahore's NA-125 constituency, DawnNews reported.

The commission rejected a petition submitted by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader and their party candidate from NA-125 Hamid Khan requesting for a re-poll in the constituency.
