At least name the poor woman. She does have an identity beyond being Imran's sister. Such misogyny from a reputable news outlet should not be tolerated.
javaid khan Apr 26, 2013 06:53am

Brother please do not take it personnel but PML-N could not hold the country (twice) and each time left it half way. Now our country is FAR- FAR more unstable--------- Please think. Should we hand over our beloved country to PML-N again ? Please try someone more educated and honest like Imran Khan this time. Let do strong compaign and save our country inshallah It will be a REAL JIHAD. Thank you and regards to our beloved country PAKISTAN Report

it is news bro...she might turn out to be another faryal talpur if IK gets elected PM or something...and then she will determine the course of a party and indulge in petty politics etc...

Agha Ata (USA) Apr 26, 2013 12:41pm
That is very Jinnah like, to have one's sister as a political companion.
Ali Murtaza Apr 26, 2013 09:04pm
Imran Khan ke behan mughey apni Maa kee tarah aziz hai. Ya Allah Imran Khan ko kamyab ker. Mera Dil kehta hai kay Imran Khan zaroor Election 2013 sweep karay ga aur Naya Pakistan Inshallah Imran Khan zaroor banai ga.

samar Apr 26, 2013 01:28pm
100% correct. Family business sucking the blood of nation.
Khalid Apr 26, 2013 01:58pm
The Dawn has unfortunately left its noble tradition of quality journalism. Now it is fast becoming an outlet for cult worship... Now it extends to the family members
Nasr Apr 26, 2013 03:17pm
Yes, A WINDOW through which we can and will make, not RE-MAKE, our country or otherwise destroy it. Let us keep faith and hope to be able to see a most properous Pakistan.
Malick Apr 26, 2013 01:42am
Sisters always help to brothers and she should help
Shahpur Apr 26, 2013 10:48pm
She should go out in other cities. I see people are looking for some promise of hope and a better tomorrow and how to get rid of these traditional clans of crooks.
Jack Iyer Apr 25, 2013 07:36pm
I do have a comment: Do DAWN have a process of evaluating if the news is news worthy. This news above that Imran Khan's sister on campaign trail, is this a news. I don't think so. If this is a news then other relatives, friends who are also campaigning for Imran Khan, where are they mentioned. Just my thoughts, and have been wrong in past.
Qamar Apr 26, 2013 02:36pm
keep up the good work, sister.
Syed Apr 26, 2013 02:26pm
In fact she is campaining for Pakistan.
Shahid Hussain Apr 26, 2013 05:22pm
The leaders of ppp and pml n both have taken their turns twice and thrice but they have badly failed to deliver to the people, this time Imran Khan should be given a chance and let us see whether he delivers or not.
AM IQBAL Apr 27, 2013 04:54am
I am a Bangladeshi and I desperately want IMRAN KHAN to become Next pakistani Prime minister. Pakistanis must not miss this opportunity to make him PM. ALL proven corrupted Leader should not be elected. These corrupted and spineless leader not only destroying pakistan it also having a bed impact on regional politics and india is taking full advantage on its other neighbor.
AHMAD Apr 26, 2013 09:24pm
Good luck sis. Get a bat and knock the rascals out.
Chanpeer Apr 26, 2013 06:17pm
Sorry, this is not a news.
Magister Ludi Apr 26, 2013 06:12pm
Why not try campaigning in the slums of Karachi or Lahore or interior Punjab or Sindh instead of a star rated hotel then we shall see how fairst thou?
Azim Apr 27, 2013 12:13am
good to see that a family member is treated just like any other party worker. And glad she campaign despite any tickets! well done IK, well done PTI - other parties should claw back family legacies and should also become democratics like PTI
A. Razzaque Apr 27, 2013 09:38am
Do you really mean we need to change? I am sorry to say but I do not think so. Heavens forbid if you love one commits a crime and you are the only witness, would you turn him/her in? Think about it. It's easy to be said then done.
qasim Apr 27, 2013 10:40am
She is brave!!
