RAWALPINDI, July 6: A passing-out parade ceremony of 654 probationer assistant sub-inspectors (ASIs) was held at the Commandant Police College Sihala on Saturday.

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Khan Baig was the chief guest at the ceremony which was also attended by senior police and civil officers, retired police officers, parents and relatives of the ASIs.

The chief guest was presented the guard of honour when he reached the venue. He later inspected freshly turned out contingents of ASIs. —APP
