How come a person rejected by two or more constituencies like Ch Nisar still made it to be a fed minister what to talk of seat in national or provincial assembly ! I mean what type of democracy is that people don't want him to be legislator and still he became indispensable. Kindly please some body clarifies this sham democracy.

Since 1990’s PML-N has more or less same faces for cabinet position. It shows the paucity of intellectual capital and talent the party has managed to generate in over 20 years. If is a sad reflection on the state of political parties in Pakistan.

Part of accepting Democracy and the freedom which results from it is that we will not always agree with the results.

Chaudhry Nisar was elected by citizens of Pakistan to serve in the National Assembly. His party received the majority of votes and attained a majority in the Assembly. These representatives of the people have elected a PM to lead them. The PM, in his legal capacity must chose from among those elected to assist with various portfolios. He chooses an elected MNA such as Ch. Nisar to a particular post. This whole procedure is outlined in the Constitution and laws of this state and a perfect example of democracy at work.

I fail to see any undemocratic actions here.

@Ejaz: This the less shamfull act than Imran Khan is doing. He loose the whole election and could not have courage to take responsibility of defeat. He has not at par even with PPP leaders who resign from their posts in party after accepting their defeat. Does Imran Khan has any shame of moral courage to take responsibility of defeat his party and give someone else to run the PTI

@M. Alvi: Your leader IK can teach them how to collect Zakat Money and how to invest in which country. He has experience to provide SKH money to invest in fake investments in UAE.

Good or bad, democratic system has brought them all here. Give them minimum six months to judge their performance. I hope and pray they perform better and bring relief to the nation.
