Yes, it does not only happen with Pakistani performers. Last Saturday Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor (son of Rishi and Nitu Kapoor) was stopped and detained at the Mumbai airport for carrying undeclared goods. The incident happened when Ranbir K returned to Mumbai from London. When he tried to step out of the airport through the green channel the customs authorities asked him to stay back. They found him carrying branded perfumes, clothes and shoes which, according to a report, were worth a hundered thousand rupees. After the actor paid the fine, he was let go.

No comment. But shoes? Seriously?
