Justice needed

Published May 10, 2013

I WOULD once again like to draw the attention of the chief minister of Sindh to an important issue. I had applied for the post of Divisional Head Draftsman (BS-13), which had been announced by the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC).

Finally, the SPSC announced my result on 12.11.2012, while earlier on the recommendation of the SPSC the Works and Services Department had already appointed 11 candidates. Now the SPSC has placed my name on the 12th position.

Even though the Works and Services Department had accepted the recommendation of the SPSC regarding my appointment, the recommendation letter (UO No SOEII [W&S] 12-211/2012(196), dated 15.01.2013) meant for the chief minister of Sindh/ minister in charge, Works and Services, is lying unattended.

I belong to a poor family and am its sole bread winner. It is extremely embarrassing for me to explain how difficult it is for us to carry on with life.

I once again request the chief minister of Sindh to urgently provide me justice.
