- Advertisements up-to 107 colcms. in size will be charged the same premiums applicable to 20x3 advertisements.
- Advertisements equal to or greater than 108 colcms will be charged the same premiums applicable to 27x4 advertisements.
- On pages 1 and 17 quarter page advertisements will only be accepted in 27x4 format.
- Page 9, as the first page of the business section, is charged at 15% over the standard B&W rate.
- Any advertisement appearing on a fixed page on a black and white page will be charged 25% extra over and above the standard B&W rate.
